The next CLASP Zoom lecture on Thursday February 8th will be the third and final part of a three-lecture series on the recent field walking surveys of the Southern Extra Mural & Suburb area of the Roman Small Town and Posting Station of Bannaventa on Watling Street. Utilizing the latest statistical data based on analysis of the geophysical, fieldwalking and metal detecting surveys of the settlement. It will also interpret the findings in terms of our understanding of the development of the site during the period and its potential wider impact on the study of Roman Britain.
