CLASP urgently requires new people both from inside and outside of the charity to be appointed as Trustees. Not only are we seeking people for the general function of Trustee but we also require individuals who, as Trustees, can bring added value with specific skills to enhance the knowledge and decision making of the Board of Trustees. Some of the areas that we require support in are charity management, law, finance, human resources and technology.
The Trustees have recently finalised the role description and personal competencies for the office of Trustee, this document is displayed below, special competencies are shown separately at the end. If you are interested in becoming a Trustee and consider that you have additional skills to offer then do not hesitate to tell us.
